The discount displayed is wrong, and there's no customer service, no one answer any chat or email

An error always happend. Installed and uninstalled time and time again. After pre-installed, when click the "Send conformation email" the red error"Project link request failed. Please try again" always there.
Send email and submitted form for customer service, but no answer.

We have an automatic popup message encouraging visitors to sign up for our email newsletter (which is a very commonly used feature of most websites). This simple popup makes the data basically unusable, both heatmaps and recordings. It is very frustrating. Also the site content is all garbled and unreadable in the recorded sessons.

I am not able to download the matrics also the recording quality is not that great.

It's free, (great!) but never use the app version. Critical functions like downloading heat maps, click maps, and scroll depth maps are broken - the Shopify app iframe blocks them.

Worse, there appears to be no way to migrate an app project to a full project on the MS Clarity website to use these functions. If you've installed the app, your only option is to create a new account on the MS Clarity site, manually set up a new project, and run two sets of tracking code (app and full Clarity) in parallel. Then, after 30 days, uninstall the app.

If you work for MS Clarity: stop recommending the app, or fix the download limitations. At the very least, warn users here and on the maps help pages. Searching, reading docs, clearing cache/cookies, disabling ad blockers, disabling extensions, trying incognito windows, trying other browsers, getting Claude to analyse JS errors - it's an avoidable waste of time, no?

Use the full version! Hope that helps someone. Cheers

Very frustrating setup experience. I tried to install and connect Microsoft Clarity with my Shopify store, but the system would not let me log in or properly link my account. I received an error saying that the email address linked to the Clarity project could not be retrieved.

This is especially disappointing because I wanted to use Clarity for analytics and customer behaviour insights, but I could not even complete the basic setup. The login/account linking process is confusing and does not work properly for business users.

At this stage, I cannot recommend it until Microsoft makes the Shopify connection and login process much easier and more reliable.

I keep encountering the same error. I’ve installed and uninstalled the app multiple times, but the issue persists. After reinstalling, when I click “Send confirmation email,” I always get the red error message: “Project link request failed. Please try again.”

I’ve already sent emails and submitted a support form, but haven’t received any response so far. Could you please look into this issue?
