Microsoft Clarity: AI Insights

Sessions don't always load properly but when it works it can be helpful to see buyer journey.

As a micro-business owner with no budget for a digital agency, this app is a miracle!

Clarity really provides clarity on whats working and not working on my website with simple visual story telling and stats.

I think this is one of the single most helpful and insightful tools and a must have for entrepreneurs trying to start or maintain a web shop. It will give you ''clarity'' and piece of mind on questions that are really important. For me it helped me a lot because I got around 94% bounces in the beginning. I could not figure out where that came from. Now I know, I got a lot of curiosity traffic. Not the type of traffic I want in my store.

I could therefore concluded that my ad targeting had to be improved!

It doesn't connect to my product catalog which makes the brand agent rather useless.

slow and not showing recordings, only got one to work

videos are often freezing the page and we need to either wait or quit the page

unsure what this is meant to do. There's never any recordings, or any meaningful insight

so good to be able to see recordings of what actual customers do on the website.

Keeps crashing the site and lagging so bad everytime I try to play video to the point this app is not useable
