They added to cart, but what have they done after that--I do not see this data or recording. I want to see how many people dropped from Add to cart & how many people dropped off before checkout.

If you had like a journey & a clear map of how many people dropped off & where, that'd be gold for the marketers.

Thanks for your review! Payment and thank you page tracking is only available for Shopify Plus users. Clarity is fully compatible, but you will need to upgrade your Shopify plan.

Microsoft Clarity in all is good. But for being microsoft it is very undeveloped.
Have gotten no respons from customer service. There are a lot of bugs. Like you can't export the data in this app (even though there is an export data)
