I am not able to turn off the AI chat or test it before launching. I have sent multiple reports but not heard back from anyone.
Rest features are pretty good.

When I compare heatmaps i cannot see the pop-out lists simultaneously. This is bad UX and absurd for an otherwise useful software.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We experienced a temporary service outage that caused the 403 access error. The issue has now been resolved, and you should be able to access Clarity from your Shopify store as usual.

unclear about some things, for example i have a email pop up, how can i click that away?
videos are often freezing the page and we need to either wait or quit the page
it often freezes when I'm scrubbing through the video's timeline.
It doesn't connect to my product catalog which makes the brand agent rather useless.
