it doesn't load my page correctly and I can't exclude visitors by IP without logging in to another MS account.

The recordings are not usable. The store layout is completely messed up.

Install was easy but this app essentially does not work at all. Sometimes it has recordings or heatmaps but often it doesn't load anything. The AI summaries don't work at all. It usually shows recordings overlayed on really old screens (ie/ shows user activity over our website with a promotion from several weeks ago), obviously this has caused some unnecessary stress. Great idea but seems to be just an idea still at this point

The app is very bad and fails to record any session properly. The performance of the original panel was bad in itself and this app is just perfectly bad. At least the original panel let us look at the videos and heatmaps only with glitches

Terrible service, couldn't connect to the project. They promised to send an email, but they didn't send one at all.

I don't recommend adding this app to your store - it's buggy, full of errors and don't have many options you get in the browser version - like you can't add team members, can not connect Google Analytics or Google Ads account. So, if you have never used the browser version, you wouldn't even know that all other options exist. I installed this app following their instructions on how to connect my Shopify store, but it still created it as a new project. I tried to reach out to their support via the app, but no one got back to me. I then reached out to them through their support email address, and they haven't been helpful as well - they leave most of the questions unanswered and they also do not know how their app works on Shopify's end.

I thought I would switch to the app within Shopify so that I don't have to reinstall google tag manager's tag or Clarity's snippet every time I update my Theme, because the tags get removed with every update. But now I see it was a big mistake, and I should have stayed with the initial set up. Now I will lose a month of all the latest collected data.
