A wonderful addition to the analytics stack in our operation. Microsofts investment in this product is clear and palpable, covering all the little great things that are usually not covered by the rest of the analytic stack.

I suddenly started getting a 403 error in my shopify that forbid access to clarity.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We experienced a temporary service outage that caused the 403 access error. The issue has now been resolved, and you should be able to access Clarity from your Shopify store as usual.

It was great until they blocked me from using it for no reason. I took a paid survey that they offered to me on my experiences, and then 2 weeks later they blocked me from using it on my store.
