Microsoft Clarity: AI Insights

The app said it wasn't a chatbot. It was. Then it began injecting code into the customer comment form. That means it was live when a customer was paying if it was able to inject code on the page. Totally unprofessional and a serious security concern. I will switch to adding the code lower down in the code. The chatbot seemed very good by the way, but I am not taking security risks.

Is anybody using Clarity Brand Agents? We changed all the products in our store a month ago, but its still showing all the old products to customers. Shouldn't there be a 'Regenerate' button somewhere? We tried their Support email but nobody ever answers (you don't even get an acknowledgement of your enquiry).

Very frustrating setup experience. I tried to install and connect Microsoft Clarity with my Shopify store, but the system would not let me log in or properly link my account. I received an error saying that the email address linked to the Clarity project could not be retrieved.

This is especially disappointing because I wanted to use Clarity for analytics and customer behaviour insights, but I could not even complete the basic setup. The login/account linking process is confusing and does not work properly for business users.

At this stage, I cannot recommend it until Microsoft makes the Shopify connection and login process much easier and more reliable.

the app added Additional details to some order and even after removing the app we still have additional details in some order but it is less common and i can't find the section adding these in the code

I keep encountering the same error. I’ve installed and uninstalled the app multiple times, but the issue persists. After reinstalling, when I click “Send confirmation email,” I always get the red error message: “Project link request failed. Please try again.”

I’ve already sent emails and submitted a support form, but haven’t received any response so far. Could you please look into this issue?
