MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

It was easy to set up and is blocking what we told it to. So it works well to block unwanted traffic. When we needed help, support went in to investigate for us, which is very responsive.

I installed the APP easily, it started working immediately - I saw a significant drop in fraudulent emails flowing through to my KLAVIYO account which saved me a lot of money since I was no longer paying for profiles that were useless.

I like that this was built for Shopify. After chatting with Erik, I was easily able to set up the exact rule I needed. I also really like the Bot protection that they are currently working on. I have already noticed a difference in the amount of fake accounts being created on our page.
Update to add: I am still seeing quite a few on my visitor page that are being allowed in, even after creating rules and blacklisting them.

I would give them zero stars if I could.

After trying to set it up which took a while, it ended up denying access to even my current clients.
All was set up with their team, and we were assured that all is done correctly on our site.
However, we just found out that for several days, we made clients frustrated and angry and probably lost some of them for good.
