MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

Good app with useful features and a simple setup. It works well for monitoring traffic and blocking unwanted visitors without making things complicated. The dashboard is easy to use, and overall the app has been reliable for our store.

Since I started using the app, spam has become a thing of the past. I used to have problems with fake sign-ups, but these are now successfully blocked. Many thanks to the team for this great app :-)

This app has been helping out tremendously. We had an issue with someone performing some credit card testing (fraud) repeatedly over the past few weeks. Installed Mida to set up some checkout protection automation and have fallen in love with this app and the support we've gotten from the entire support team!

Aunque llevo poco tiempo usando la app, desde el inicio el ver diferentes opciones que ofrecen y que uno los configura a sus necesidades me gusto mucho. Hoy ya recibí mi primera notificación de pedido falso bloqueado que es lo que me llevo a buscar una solución y probar esta app. Y su soporte es increible, contestan muy rápido y siempre con una respuesta útil.

We've been using the app for several weeks and noticed a huge difference in our analytics. This has allowed us to make better decisions in marketing and outreach. Customer service has been quick to respond and a joy to deal with.

So far, this app has been fantastic and really insightful. After having hundreds of thousands of visits from bots, the analytics data started to become very skewed.

Already, after just a few days a large amount of bots are being blocked. I've not even looked into it's order fraud filters yet.

Really impressed with MIDA Fraud IP Blocker and their support. We had a huge amount of abnormal bot traffic hitting our Shopify store and the app made it incredibly easy to see exactly what was happening, including the IP addresses, providers, countries and whether each visitor was being blocked.

A special thank you to Chloe, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She talked me through the bot detection settings and helped make sure genuine verified bots such as Googlebot were still allowed while suspicious traffic was blocked.

I'm not particularly technical, so being able to actually see what is happening and have someone explain the settings clearly has been invaluable.
