MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

I've had a lot of bots come in and needed something to help me with my store. I'm new to this but the team at MIDA has really helped me out. It's still early to tell how well this app will help but I have a feeling that I will see positive changes.

Great customer service and their product works.

I am pleased with this app. Their team is thorough. I feel secure. It's free and an easy setup.

It's helpful - informative and effective in battling unwanted bot traffic while helping you keep the good stuff.

Tolle App, einfache Übersicht über alle Funktionen. Man kann alles intuitiv und individuell einstellen. Man hat alles im Blick. Finde ich super

So far so good! I have however had to reach out for some additional support as a bot that it should be preventing has managed to get through. All in all the support has been quick. Thank you

Very handy and essential app that is a must have for security of your online shop.
After installing that App I got an email to welcome me, then I jumped on to set it up, I asked for help through the App's chat, Chloe jumped on and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She helped me set it all up the way I need it.
Very grateful - Good job guys - Thank you again Chloe.

Does what you want, blocks the malicious bots & scammers! Responsive to questions & concerns. Shame Shopify still registers the blocked bot as a session though - Shopify needs to fix this!
