MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

MIDA is an excellent app for monitoring visitor behavior and protecting your Shopify store from suspicious traffic. The dashboard is clear, easy to use, and provides valuable insights into IP addresses, providers, bots, and visitor activity. The support team is also very responsive and helpful. The settings of this application are very simple and the blocking effect is excellent. Previously, there were many robots on my website constantly placing orders at prices below $10. Now, with the use of this application, these robot orders have all been blocked, and the website data has returned to normal. Thank you very much.

This app is easy to set up and monitor. I had a lot of bot traffic happening from Latin American and Asia where I do not sell. This was distorting my analytics. Now it is completely stopping this traffic from the site. Highly recommend!

One of what appears to be many hundreds of Shopify Stores being bombarded by card testing bots. The install was easy; I needed a little guidance and spoke to Annette, who was very helpful and managed to get the App up and running to start blocking bots. Great app, very easy to set up and actually useful. The bot detection helped us identify and reduce a wave of suspicious automated traffic without having to block entire countries or networks. Support was also very responsive. Definitely worth having for extra visibility and protection on Shopify.

I have been using MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker and like what I am getting. I can see where visitors are coming from, how long they spend onsite, and who is getting blocked. It also shows me who is using a vpn, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but could be an indicator of someone hiding their true location. I started with MIDA because we had a spate of what looked like bots visiting the site placing unusual orders. That has not repeated, but I think this is a tool to help out. Last, but not least, the people on the other end of the chat line are extremely helpful. My entire experience with this app and the support have been over the top.

This is a very useful app. It solved my bot problem and helps protect my website from fraudulent activity. The customer service was also excellent and very helpful. Easy to setup and easy to create rules for blocking not just bots, but also IPs, countries, and more. Lots of great features. Would highly recommend.

Since I started using the app, spam has become a thing of the past. I used to have problems with fake sign-ups, but these are now successfully blocked. Many thanks to the team for this great app :-)
