Very handy and essential app that is a must have for security of your online shop.
After installing that App I got an email to welcome me, then I jumped on to set it up, I asked for help through the App's chat, Chloe jumped on and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She helped me set it all up the way I need it.

Does what it says. Targets known unwanted bots.

I dowloaded the app to help protect my store and had questions about how to get started. I used the chat feature, asked a lot of questions and got answers and how-to and suggestions for all of questions. Most of the setup is straight forward, but I appreciate that customer support was responsive and provided guidance for anything I asked and needed help with. So far this app performs great, as advertised.

The app has been working just as we had expected. We have seen a decent reduction in unwanted visitor traffic.

exceptional service Sophia stepped in and helped me resolve my bot issue. Every single time i had a question i was greeted immediately . I did not have to ever wait to be emailed back they are literally ALWAYS available. I also have another bot blocker app that i literally always have to email when i have an issue. Definately considereing getting rid of them and just sticking with Mida. AWESOME customer service. AMAZING app

So far so good, we have been getting slammed by unknown bots and straight away appears to be blocking them.
