Despite checking the box to allow recommended bots such as google, etc, both merchants.google.com and Claude validated that MIDA is blocking web-crawlers, which prevents me from meeting specifications on merchants.google.com, because my contact page is not crawlable thanks, but no thanks, to midas

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this can be. With the current checkbox settings, some variations of certain crawlers may not yet be fully covered (for example, there can be multiple types of Google-related bots beyond the current ones).

I recently started seeing a large spike in traffic from outside the U.S., and it didn’t seem like genuine customers. After installing MIDA Fraud IP Blocker, I was able to quickly identify and monitor suspicious activity on my site.
The setup was simple, and I like that it gives clear insight into visitor risk levels so I can better understand what’s going on behind the scenes. I’ve already noticed a difference in being able to filter out questionable traffic.

Great Find- Needed to block bots from scraping my site. So glad I found this app. Very easy and fast to set up, chat help is fast.
exceptional service Sophia stepped in and helped me resolve my bot issue. Every single time i had a question i was greeted immediately . I did not have to ever wait to be emailed back they are literally ALWAYS available. I also have another bot blocker app that i literally always have to email when i have an issue. Definately considereing getting rid of them and just sticking with Mida. AWESOME customer service. AMAZING app
So far so good, we have been getting slammed by unknown bots and straight away appears to be blocking them.
