MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

I've had a great experience with MIDA so far. The app was easy to set up and has helped me better understand the bot traffic coming to my Shopify store. It provides useful insights and practical tools for monitoring and managing suspicious traffic without being complicated to use.

The support from Lilian is amazing and she will go out of her way to help you the best she can. The first day I installed this app it blocked a fake order. I was hit the day before with 100 straight to checkout bots and since having this app for 3 days today I have had none.

I kept getting fraudulent orders that Shopify flagged as "low risk" despite having obvious risk markers. The Bot Protection on this app has, so far, stopped fraud orders from coming in, as well as helps prevent malicious scraping.
Customer service has also been courteous and helpful.
