MIDA has been a solid addition to our store. I am a small business that over the last few days have been plagued with suspicious sessions on my Shopify store - MIDA has been great and has blocked the unwanted visitors. Unfortunately they are still being logged by Shopify as sessions in my analytics but MIDA has done the main thing and stopped these visitors being able to trawl my website - their customer service is also amazing, thank you Lillian for your help :)
Easy to set up and very useful for protecting a Shopify store from bots and suspicious traffic. I especially like the flexible checkout rules, which let us block specific email addresses, names and phone numbers without affecting genuine customers. Clear interface and practical protection features.
