MIDA Replay, Heatmap & Insight

Easy install and quick help via chat on an issue I had.

The heat map is going to be a changer! Having watched how people are interacting with my site I already have a list of modifications to improve conversion rate.

This is a great APP to use to understand where customers are coming from and what they are looking at in my store. I have only had the app a day, but it has proved useful for understanding where sessions are coming from. Only 4 stars as I wish there were more sessions given with the free version.

This is one of the coolest Shopify apps that you could add to your store. No other app can show you the real consumer journey of your users - it's like magic! It helped me test new additions to my product pages and thanks to the app, I also noticed that non-US users were loading my website with US currency, which I quickly fixed. Irreplaceable app!

Super cool application to add to your store. It allowed me to view replays of end user sessions to see where my store may be failing to grab attention, dead clicks, or for popular items to see what items are being viewed the most.
Customer support is quick and very responsive less than a few minutes and gave wonderful experience.
Once my business grows I would be more than happy to continue as a paid customer!

Great app for session recordings and heatmaps. It helps me understand how visitors use my store and where they may get stuck. The support team is also very responsive and helpful — they helped me with IP exclusion, extra sessions, and a delayed capture issue. Recommended!

I haven't been using the app long, but so far, I think it's been great! We started running ads from Chapter NYC Magazine and have already started seeing some activity. It's been amazing for seeing where people go, which page they leave off of and since then we've been able to make some changes that have really improved conversions.

Ich nutze die App jetzt seit einiger Zeit und bin wirklich zufrieden. Sie hilft dabei, Probleme im Shop schnell zu erkennen und nachzuvollziehen, wo Besucher eventuell abspringen. Gerade die Session-Replays und Heatmaps sind sehr hilfreich, um den eigenen Shop zu verbessern.

Einziger Wunsch: Eine deutsche Sprachunterstützung wäre klasse. Das würde die App für deutschsprachige Nutzer noch einfacher und angenehmer machen. Ansonsten eine wirklich praktische und empfehlenswerte App.

This is such a cool tool for seeing activity and real time interactions with potential customers. Unfortunately my site is plagued by endless bot sessions, but it's interesting to see those as well. The help & response time from support is amazing! 5*
