I've been using this app for a few months now, and wow I am very satisfied. The app itself is great, but so is the customer service. I'm on the free version, and I love the fact that from the overview, they show you the sessions where users have added something to their carts. It saves time, and you don't have to watch each sessions individually.

Love this app, the free plan is perfect for a small business.

The heatmap and video sessions replay are helpful in understanding our visitors journey, so we take proactive measures to optimize our website.
