MIDA: Heatmap, Replay Checkout

We loved the app from the first time we used it, easy to install, extremely user friendly and very clear picture of what users are browsing on our site in order to understand consumer behaviour then determine the best sellers overall. High recommended!

This App is what I was looking for to improve my conversion rate. Heatmaps and session replays are easy to use and give clear insights into where customers click, scroll, or get stuck. Setup was quick, performance is smooth, and the UI is clean inside Shopify. Definitely useful for improving conversions and spotting friction points. As a free user of MIDA: Heatmap, Replay & Checkout, I’m honestly impressed. They gave me an extra 250 free recordings on top of the original 250, which I truly appreciate. They also excluded my IP from tracking while I’m on my own website — such a helpful feature!
