MIDA: Heatmap, Replay Checkout

Amazing app. Much needed to understand where customers are dropping off and to increase conversion rates. Very fast helpful customer service.

This app is definitely a game changer when it comes to providing insights on customer behaviour. Useful for determining design flaws and what users are struggling to locate or expect elements to do on a page based on clicks.
Customer support is fast, friendly and very accommodating. So far great experience.

I haven't used this app a lot yet, its still a fresh download, but so far I am impressed. It takes a little video of where your customers are going, and can lend insights into how your website is viewed by others. They're quick and easy to talk to for customer service too. So far so good.

I have been using the app for a while now, the customer service is great, and Jennie has been a great help. Also, I find the app very useful, especially being able to keep up with how customers are behaving, I recommend this app to anyone looking for more insight into their customer's behaviour.

Such a vital tool for all business owners, you need to know how customers are interacting with the site in order to see areas of improvement. Much better then an ordinary recording app as it includes heat maps too! The support team from MIDA are 10/10 as well. Special mention to Jennie and Quinn as they went above and beyond to help with my problem.
