MIDA: Heatmap, Replay Checkout

This app is definitely a game changer when it comes to providing insights on customer behaviour. Useful for determining design flaws and what users are struggling to locate or expect elements to do on a page based on clicks.

Easy to use, and very intuitive, in the free plan to do a lot of things.

This app is very helpful - I'm using it to better understand customer flow and conversion after I switched to a new theme.

I like the ability to see heatmaps and user replays.

I haven't used this app a lot yet, its still a fresh download, but so far I am impressed. It takes a little video of where your customers are going, and can lend insights into how your website is viewed by others. They're quick and easy to talk to for customer service too. So far so good.

Great app that really helps you understand your site's drop off rate so you can work on retaining customers! Chloe was so helpful and supportive and you will not have a problem or delay contacting assistance, superrrr helpful!!!
