MIDA: Heatmap, Record & Replay

I’m really happy with MIDA! It’s super easy to use and has been a game-changer for figuring out how people are moving around my website. The session recordings and heatmaps are great – I can see exactly where customers are dropping off or completing purchases, which makes fixing things so much easier. I also love that it’s GDPR-compliant and works with multiple stores.

The setup was quick, and the customer support team is awesome – they’re super responsive and keep improving the app with new updates. Since I started using it, I've seen fewer people bouncing off the site and more completed checkouts. Definitely recommend this app if you’re looking to understand your customers better and make your site work even smoother!

This app is wonderful for site insights. We decided on this specific app because of the ability to view specific logged in visitors. Other than that the support team is very responsive and helpful. Jennie has responded super quickly to all of my emails and makes sure my problem gets solved asap.

I've been using MIDA Session Recording & Replay for a while now, and it's been a game changer for my store. The recordings are incredibly insightful, helping me understand customer behavior and optimize my website. The interface is user-friendly, and the setup process was smooth.

I recently reached out to support for an extension, and Jennie was super helpful and responsive. The additional recordings were added quickly, and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend this app to any store owner looking to improve their user experience and boost conversions!

So far, I LOVE this app. The ease of setting it up and customer service is great. I feel like a super secret spy in my own business (cue 007 music). I have another heat map on my other business site and what I like about this one is that it keeps tracks of repeat visitors by number (for me I'm #1-so I'll know when the map is link to me making tweaks on my site). and whose added to cart and their journey that moves them through my funnel and what stops them. I check this app a few times a day and think about how to make my site better for the customer experience and journey.

I'm glad not everyone knows about this app. Let's keep it a secret >:)
