Very good concept we can see what our visitors did in real time and it helps a lot to find where the visitors leave the website. The support is very kind and reactive !

MIDA is a great app. We have been able to use it to see where are customers are looking on our website and see what is working and what is not working. Helping us understand our customers behaviors have given us the chance to make changes to improve our customers experience.

Very solid app for understanding user behavior. Heatmaps and session replays are easy to use and give clear insights into where customers click, scroll, or get stuck. Setup was quick, performance is smooth, and the UI is clean inside Shopify. Definitely useful for improving conversions and spotting friction points.
