Very helpful - allows you to replay the interactions with customers. Heatmap is helpful and insightful. It helps with bounce rates and to see where customers click out

I'm only using the free plan currently, but the installation was very straightforward and I can see a clear and easy to follow video replay of each session on my site.
I also like the information tabs off to the right that show what source and location people are coming from.
Customer support was also very responsive and helpful.

The app is user-friendly. The app can record a session of a customer and you can watch it to improve your store page. I recommend that you try the app!

working well very handy
It's a very good app to analyse the customer journey and see potential improvement points for your store. I also really like the automatic skip function for inactivity in the session replays.
