Hi, I would rate you guys a 5... for the free version, you offer much more than other apps out there that do the same thing

Great service, the app works really well highly recommended and the support is very helpful too. I think this app is a MUST have for you if you need to improve your conversions.

This app is definitely a game changer when it comes to providing insights on customer behaviour. Useful for determining design flaws and what users are struggling to locate or expect elements to do on a page based on clicks.

I haven't used this app a lot yet, its still a fresh download, but so far I am impressed. It takes a little video of where your customers are going, and can lend insights into how your website is viewed by others. They're quick and easy to talk to for customer service too. So far so good.

This app is very helpful - I'm using it to better understand customer flow and conversion after I switched to a new theme.

I like the ability to see heatmaps and user replays.

I also contacted support and had a helpful rely within minutes. Chloe was great & I appreciated the quick help.
