Good app and simple to use! exactly what i need as small business at the beginnen i need to check exactly what every user do and with the recording you sell all of it!

The support as well is very fast and helpful.
The today update is so useful!! (you could see the basket value and referred in the listing and is soooo important)

We use the free version on our store and does what we need it to. Easy to set up and, we have spoken with Jocelyn and Emma from support who have been helpful also.

Despite using the free version, we found it to be highly sufficient, providing access to nearly all the data we needed. The platform is user-friendly and we highly recommend it. Additionally, the customer service is exceptional, with prompt and efficient responses whenever assistance is required. Special thanks to Jenna and Emma for their outstanding support.

I've been using this app for some time and it has been helpful. I am missing some features in the free version like heatmaps this could be really nice. All in all a really good app.

Have just installed this app, so can't comment on the ongoing use of it yet.

However it was super simple to install, and Joy on the support team was able to help and confirm that I had set it all up correctly which was fantastic.

The session replays are very helpfull, the service is good and they reply fast!

I like the app, it helps me understand my visitors and customers better as well as it shows where I need to improve.

Been using this for months and it's been a great help in improving my website and in fact it help me stop a "visitor" in action that copying my website. Really is easy to setup and use!
