Really nice app! I tired 2 others before sticking to this one. Easy to use and got maaany cool funcionalities. Plus, the support is really good, solved my issue within a few hours! Highly recommended!

I have been using the MIDA app for a while now, had a great experience with the customer service, very helpful and Lucy has been a great help. Also, I find the app very useful, especially being able to keep up with how customers are behaving, I recommend this app to anyone looking for more insight into their customer's behaviour.

Chloe from support was extremely helpful with activating features so that I could test their system out, even though I was only on the free plan. Everything seems to be working exceptionally well so far. I plan to do additional testing once I start getting more site traffic too. Looking forward to upgrading my plan to the next level!

Fantastic app for understanding real customer behavior. The session replays and cursor tracking make it easy to spot where visitors get stuck, what they ignore and what actually works on my store. Super helpful for improving both weak and stong points. Support is fast and helpful

I am very happy with MIDA! Everything works perfectly and the app delivers exactly what I need. The heatmaps and replay features are incredibly helpful and give me real insight into how customers behave in my shop.

A special thank you to Lucy – she supported me with so much patience and kindness. Her guidance was clear, fast and very professional. It is rare to meet such friendly and dedicated customer support these days.

Mida Heatmap is a great app, but what really made the difference for me was the support from Chloe. She went above and beyond to guide me through setup and explain how to actually use the data to improve my store. Everything was clear, friendly, and fast — I felt supported the whole way. Having someone who really understands both the tool and ecommerce is a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Using MIDA for some months now. Very satisfied with what it offers. The heatmap was instrumental in identifying the bottlenecks in our product pages. Everything is intuitive to use, and can be used from within Shopify.

Their responses have been quick and helpful. Their development team seems to do pretty good as well. I mostly use for the replays, which generally seem ok, though, sometimes I know who made a purchase but the IP address is on the other side of the country (Canada) or even in USA, which doesn't make sense to me. It's good overall value.
