MIDA Replay, Heatmap & Insight

I've had to check sessions for some order hickups perhaps 10 times. Out of these, MIDA delivered good recordings 5 times, and the other 5 failed for some reason that required opening a support chat and ticket to the devs. The idea is good, but for some reason it is not that uncommon to see session recordings failing to be played / listed / accessible / shared.

So we basically have it just in case, but don't hold a lot of hope when we want to use it.

Also, you can find yourself watching abandoned carts in one screen, and see 1 abandoned cart in the last week, jump into another screen and find 40 abandoned carts in that same week. Some of these filtered abandoned carts even appear along with their order number.

I see effort behind the app, but it is not consistent nor reliable.

Today we needed to reach out to support, but the bottom icon was not present, not for chat, not for "leave a message" although we have "Priority Support"

Great app for session recordings and heatmaps. It helps me understand how visitors use my store and where they may get stuck. The support team is also very responsive and helpful — they helped me with IP exclusion, extra sessions, and a delayed capture issue. Recommended!

Ich nutze die App jetzt seit einiger Zeit und bin wirklich zufrieden. Sie hilft dabei, Probleme im Shop schnell zu erkennen und nachzuvollziehen, wo Besucher eventuell abspringen. Gerade die Session-Replays und Heatmaps sind sehr hilfreich, um den eigenen Shop zu verbessern.

Einziger Wunsch: Eine deutsche Sprachunterstützung wäre klasse. Das würde die App für deutschsprachige Nutzer noch einfacher und angenehmer machen. Ansonsten eine wirklich praktische und empfehlenswerte App.

This is such a cool tool for seeing activity and real time interactions with potential customers. Unfortunately my site is plagued by endless bot sessions, but it's interesting to see those as well. The help & response time from support is amazing! 5*

Fantastic app for understanding real customer behavior. The session replays and cursor tracking make it easy to spot where visitors get stuck, what they ignore and what actually works on my store.

I haven't been using the app long, but so far, I think it's been great! We started running ads from Chapter NYC Magazine and have already started seeing some activity. It's been amazing for seeing where people go, which page they leave off of and since then we've been able to make some changes that have really improved conversions.
