we’ve been using MIDA: Heatmap, Record & Replay for a while, and it has consistently proven to be an essential tool for understanding user behavior and optimizing our website’s performance. The heatmaps provide clear insights into user interactions, while the session replay functionality is accurate and detailed, making it easy to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

The app has provided us with valuable insight into the use of our shop. We're currently updating the shop based on the records/replays.

The people at MIDA are also very responsive when asking questions. Good to know that support is just a click/chat away!

Nice app but sessions should be increased in paid plan

Amazing App, it is clean and simple and do what it is supposed to do really well

The software is very easy to use and does a great job at capturing website visitors movements. The support team are also 10 out of 10 always replying rapidly to my enquiries. Definately worth at the very least giving the app a go.

It's a great app. The free tier is generous and better than alternatives like MS Clarity. The paid tiers are amazing value compared to paid alternatives too.
