Great tool for early-stage stores
Easy to set up and the session recordings are genuinely useful — even with just a handful of visitors I could see exactly how people browsed my store. The Insight Mode makes replays fast to review. Support was responsive. The IP exclusion and suspicious session filtering work well. Would be great if Delayed Capture didn't require contacting support to enable. Overall a solid app for understanding visitor behavior.

it just stopped working for no reason, not reliable app.
it tells me there are errors, and when i do replays, i can't see where the error is happening. i have spent 30 min trying to figure out and I don't have that time.
