This is app has been great in helping me understand how my clients are interacting with my store and what i need to change to perhaps increase conversion! This screen recording tool is fantastic! MIDA meets all my requirements perfectly and is very easy to use.

Very solid app for understanding user behavior. Heatmaps and session replays are easy to use and give clear insights into where customers click, scroll, or get stuck. Setup was quick, performance is smooth, and the UI is clean inside Shopify. Definitely useful for improving conversions and spotting friction points.

Very useful and helpful app, Customer support is great aswell, Erik and Hailey helped me with any problems and were great with helping me understand the app.
