Great app for session views and heatmaps for sure. Very helpful at getting an idea of what your customers are doing.

great app, works well! I output its data to a weekly site health monitor (claude code) that I use it to fine tune my site.

We are very pleased with the level of session data that we can review, including stage of sales from view to cart to completed sale, plus the ability to view user behavior on our products. 5 stars.

Great tool for early-stage stores

Easy to set up and the session recordings are genuinely useful — even with just a handful of visitors I could see exactly how people browsed my store. The Insight Mode makes replays fast to review. Support was responsive. The IP exclusion and suspicious session filtering work well. Would be great if Delayed Capture didn't require contacting support to enable. Overall a solid app for understanding visitor behavior.
