very useful app, many good features for ip blocking, heatmap and replay. very effective

the recording are cut in between only or not fully recorded sessions

Great tool for early-stage stores

Easy to set up and the session recordings are genuinely useful — even with just a handful of visitors I could see exactly how people browsed my store. The Insight Mode makes replays fast to review. Support was responsive. The IP exclusion and suspicious session filtering work well. Would be great if Delayed Capture didn't require contacting support to enable. Overall a solid app for understanding visitor behavior.
