MIDA Replay, Heatmap & Insight

I moved to Shopify from another platform to grow my small cottage business. I needed to understand what was happening on the customer's side and decided to give this app a try. I'm honestly blown away with the tracking and heatmaps which provided quick, easy-to-understand insight as to why and where customers might fall away. Very impressed!

Great tool for early-stage stores

Easy to set up and the session recordings are genuinely useful — even with just a handful of visitors I could see exactly how people browsed my store. The Insight Mode makes replays fast to review. Support was responsive. The IP exclusion and suspicious session filtering work well. Would be great if Delayed Capture didn't require contacting support to enable. Overall a solid app for understanding visitor behavior.
