I am tried to follow THIS developer TO put off the charge in Shopify
But it’s impossible to found , the charge of $14 Mayra and company I don’t know why not answered this developer

Support Sucks.
They do NOT save Support Conversations like all other Apps and support .

Such as Shopify which ALL your support tickets are saved. Migratify just Deletes EVERYTHING.. So, if you had a Long support conversation and you want to go back and follow those steps? Forget it, its Gone! and no way to retrieve a long support conversation.
*There's not even an email follow-up with a copy and/or link of the conversation, which a a basic standard with any customer support today.
