The team does not understand your requirements. They made half of our products vanished!! The products which were live, do not show now..

Very useful app! It works perfectly, it makes any migration very easy and smooth. I truly recommend it if you're coming from another platform!
Do not use!!!! The promise of 'immediate support' and '24/7 support' is not true and deceptive and misleading.
I went through the process, paid my money (which was immediate) then promptly got an error message for the migration saying 'there is an error, just contact the live chat'
However, in fact there is no live chat and in fact no contact at all!!!
I tried going through the Shopify help centre, which was immediate as promised, and although they were helpful all they could do was send an email to these Migration People which is the same as I have done and I've heard nothing.
I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to get everything set up to do the migration and then have ZERO contact, let alone the much heralded '24/7 support' as promoted.
I can't even get a refund as I can't even contact them to do that!
Don't make the mistake like me of throwing your money away for nothing.
I needed an specific migration and they developed for me by paying them, of course, but the price was fair and everyting work good. Thank you for your help. Good customer service and IT team.
