There are 4 ways to move your orders over from another store to Shopify, I vigorously tried all 4 over a 48 hour period, CSV transfer options were what I thought I was going to use however the data still needed to be adjusted before I could upload and it was so time consuming. Once we established the different time zones the support from Lamiya was excellent. She was friendly, responsive and very helpful. It would be useful to know the operational hours, especially over a weekend, of the messaging service to avoid disappointment and wasted time.
