As for an automated system and the app it seems quick and useful. I couldn't move forward as I have some questions first and haven't had any response from their support.
*update several days later... Still ZERO response from support.
Sped up my site pretty good! And I also like how they only charge you for what you use vs a monthly fee. Very fare!

Good app one of the best for what it does
Does the job to an extent. I assumed that it would always optimise the images. In some cases I found that some images ended up larger than what I had before :/ . There should be some way to void any images that are larger after 'optimisation'.
