I had some trouble with this app after not using it for a long time. I contacted customer service through the chat feature. Shafta was able to help me figure out what was wrong and correct it. I love having the chat feature and being able to contact someone right away for help. Thank you Shafta for your help.

Thank you Avraham for making sure my concerns were addressed. Your immediate response demonstrates Minta's commitment to making sure consumers are not only heard but also thoroughly supported.
I asked for a refund after explaining to Minta customer service the application did not function properly on my webpage. The heads of my models and items of clothing were cut off on my IG posts even after making edits. I ended up deleting several of their social media posts. I reached out immediately when I saw the charges pending on my account.
I am a small business owner and can not afford an annual membership. Also the application is no longer available as a download on my webpage to use, even if I wanted to try it again (which I do not). It also took me 3 tries over the course of a month for someone to finally respond to my concerns. I started on August 1st and last night customer service finally told me I agreed to pay the annual membership and would not refund my money. That is not the case. I would not willingly agree to pay for something that does not work properly.

Great app for those who want to save time editing product promo videos, or those who don't have experience in editing.
Personally, I would like to have more options of customisation of specific elements (that's just my own need for control), but I understand that the goal of the app is to work quickly within the set up colour scheme.
When I encountered problems with my subscription, Avraham was a big help in solving the issue.
