Having a hard time changing the text on the creatives on my tablet. But, other than that, so far I like it! But, I will have a update once I run it for a week and see if I see a change in sales on my site.

SO far the easiest app i have found to use . and you can set up auto post so it will post for you on whatever day and platform you pick.You can create what products and what date and time to post it so you can have time for other things,

I had recently downloaded Minta app and I believed I chose a monthly plan. Once the free trial had ended, Minta had tried to charge me for the year plan. I got in contact with their support team asking them to remove the recurring charge for the year and that I am only willing to pay for the monthly plan. They had come back to me saying that they still had to charge my card for the yearly fee but were willing to refund $2xx and keep the remaining for the monthly plan. I told Minta in the end that I was going to uninstall their app and to stop trying to charge me. But they said that Shopify are the ones I need to contact to stop the recurring charges and when I spoke to Shopify, they said that the app developer is responsible for it. I'm confused.

The problem with me is not the app itself. It's bad customer service. I tried cancelling my subscription with this app because it's too expensive for me. When I reached out to support, they lied and told me to uninstall it to cancel it. That's what I did and they kept charging me. As a result, my jewelry shop is frozen.

I will never recommend this company. Aside from the general low quality of their videos, they offer a 'Free Trial' that they will then charge your shopify account for a full year $200+ subscription. Based on the way Shopify is set up, there is minimal support and the team of Vlad & Jordan at Minta will absolutely refuse to issue a refund. This has been such a disgusting experience that I am willing to shut down my shopify store and take my business elsewhere.
