Ist nicht schlecht, aber hat zu wenige Einstellmöglichkeiten um die Videos wirklich voll automatisiert laufen zu lassen. Wirklich professionell kann man damit nicht seinen Social Media Content kreieren

I am using the Growth plan, I will not recommend this app for following reasons
1. autoposts doesn't work. despite the fact this feature is not working app keeps consuming the balance of posts
2. Minta team doesn't look into the issue and as a resolution asks to renew the plan. Minta app teams acknowledges autoposts not working they don't adjust the lost credit but give 50 posts only as credit.
3. Instagram posts doesn't work.
I will recommend to look for other apps which have better features and better level of support!!!

Very slow app, over charges you $300 after the 7 day free trail for using a few videos that are only 6 seconds. Did not help me gain sales at all during the 7 day free trail. I don’t recommend.

Achtung EXTREME Kostenfalle
und für manche Shops ein Risiko bei Nichtzahlung, den Shop schliessen zu müssen!
Die Plan Informationen sind schockierend falsch, indem suggeriert wird als würden 5 Videos 1 Monat lang gezeigt werden. Sie würden in Wirklichkeit aber dafür bis zu 5000 an Kosten zahlen müssen.
Der Chat hat es erst nach einer halben Stunde Diskussion endlich zugegeben:
Es werden jedes Posting in Rechnung gestellt! Das heisst, die Angabe Beispiel kostenloser Plan, ist nur für 5x Einblendungen (Sekunden bis Minuten) eines Videos. Nicht für einen Monat lang. Und jedes socialmedia nochmal extra.
Es können also schon am ersten Tag extra Kosten entstehen! Die 5x kurzen einblendungen können Sie bereits an einem Tag verbraten. Die 7 Tage Testphase schützen nicht vor den Extrakosten. Das bestätigen Sie bereits bei der Freigabe. Dort sind auch die möglichen maximalen 5000 Kosten kleingedruckt zu lesen.
Angeblich wurde mein Hinweis an die entsprechende Abteilung gegeben.
Update:
Bei Deaktivierung eines socialmedia-kanals, wurde dieser Kanal wie von Geisterhand mehrmals selbstätig vor meinen Augen wieder aktiviert :-0 (Beweisvideo habe ich angefertigt).
Auch nach mehreren Versuchen das selbe. Somit erhöhen sich die Kosten nochmal. Es ist mir deshalb nicht gelungen, unter den 5 Posts (kurze Einblendungen) zu bleiben. Also deinstalliert.

Surtout ne pas choisir MINTA ! prélève un abonnement même pas confirmé, ne répond pas au tchat, appli inutile et pas sérieuse, la pire appli de shopify ! Déconseillé totalement !

I wish I could use the app but Impossible to save the texts in French too bad. you have to think about being able to save the templates

I would give this app a zero score on how they handled the issues with their auto-post. It stopped working back in April on some apps, but not others. They continued to charge me for months the $55 dollar fee. They have now since changed the fee table by taking away the free option. They offered us a credit and suggested that we download the videos and post ourselves! We asked for a refund, they issued a credit and then took it away. We asked for a refund, they claimed to have issued on but never did. This went on for 7 month that they kept charging our account. Still no refund and Still no credits and Still No Video Access. Terrible business, terrible waste of money, especially for small businesses, terrible customer service.
Thank you for your feedback! With Minta our goal is to automate as much video and image content for you as possible versus DIY editors which take way too much time and prevent you from being able to post consistently multiple times a day to all of your social channels since that would pretty much be a full time job. Minta makes it possible without you having to do anything, just link your store and go.
Except they did chargee even though I cancelled my Free Trial!! Haven't done anything about it!! The Adds themselves are great just shitty billing.

I used this app for less than 2 months, they charged me for the whole year, then this app stopped working, it simply no longer allows me to schedule any post, I wrote to the customer service integrated with the app and they have not contacted me for more than one week and they told me to try to pause and restart the post, but nothing works, it's a scam, nobody can really help you!! The worst thing is that they are prepared to take your next $248 automatically! If you cancel this, they automatically delete your membership and leave you completely robbed and without the possibility of anything!
