@Alex from Minta, even though I first heard about Minta and looked at their creativity, I ran into an issue after logging in, which prompted me to ask for help. I was surprised when @Alex from Minta responded to me with a solution, since I had assumed the support crew would take a long time. I was able to log into Minta by following his recommendations. I give Minta a five-star rating because of @Alex from Minta's patience and dedication to his work.

Great idea of a product. Lots of videos and ad ideas to chose from, however there are technical glitches that need to be fixed.

As someone new to Minta, I was struggling to access the platform for quite some time. Before speaking to Alex, I had reached out to three different people who all told me to "leave it with them" — but nothing got resolved.
Then I spoke to Alex, and everything changed. He immediately took action, connected with me on the spot, and sorted the issue out within minutes. His efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help were truly outstanding.
