Would Give zero stars if I could. Not worth your time or money. The videos are poor and mediocre, will not give you ads that are competitive with todays social media platforms. Also way to expensive, when you could pay a professional for way better content. Customer service is useless.

Extremely the worst customer service. I was charged twice and never authorized this beware because they will not refund you.

I thought I was on a free trial and never authorized or initiated the ridiculous amount I have been billed. Please refund.

I cancelled my account cause the videos were too short. I emailed them to get a refund and never heard from them. Need to go to BBB.

I’m not going to lie this app is awful ! I’ve asked for help and reached out to Minta with no response. I was not able to talk to a human being. I could not get past a certain part of the app. I could reset anything. Anytime I tried to go to a different page in the app it would say something that was already updated needed to be updated again. Too much of a hassle and not worth the download.

Except they did chargee even though I cancelled my Free Trial!! Haven't done anything about it!! The Adds themselves are great just shitty billing

I am using the Growth plan, I will not recommend this app for following reasons
1. autoposts doesn't work. despite the fact this feature is not working app keeps consuming the balance of posts
2. Minta team doesn't look into the issue and as a resolution asks to renew the plan. Minta app teams acknowledges autoposts not working they don't adjust the lost credit but give 50 posts only as credit.
3. Instagram posts doesn't work.
I will recommend to look for other apps which have better features and better level of support!!!

Achtung EXTREME Kostenfalle
und für manche Shops ein Risiko bei Nichtzahlung, den Shop schliessen zu müssen!
Die Plan Informationen sind schockierend falsch, indem suggeriert wird als würden 5 Videos 1 Monat lang gezeigt werden. Sie würden in Wirklichkeit aber dafür bis zu 5000 an Kosten zahlen müssen.
Der Chat hat es erst nach einer halben Stunde Diskussion endlich zugegeben:
Es werden jedes Posting in Rechnung gestellt! Das heisst, die Angabe Beispiel kostenloser Plan, ist nur für 5x Einblendungen (Sekunden bis Minuten) eines Videos. Nicht für einen Monat lang. Und jedes socialmedia nochmal extra.

Es können also schon am ersten Tag extra Kosten entstehen! Die 5x kurzen einblendungen können Sie bereits an einem Tag verbraten. Die 7 Tage Testphase schützen nicht vor den Extrakosten. Das bestätigen Sie bereits bei der Freigabe. Dort sind auch die möglichen maximalen 5000 Kosten kleingedruckt zu lesen.
Angeblich wurde mein Hinweis an die entsprechende Abteilung gegeben.

Update:
Bei Deaktivierung eines socialmedia-kanals, wurde dieser Kanal wie von Geisterhand mehrmals selbstätig vor meinen Augen wieder aktiviert :-0 (Beweisvideo habe ich angefertigt).
Auch nach mehreren Versuchen das selbe. Somit erhöhen sich die Kosten nochmal. Es ist mir deshalb nicht gelungen, unter den 5 Posts (kurze Einblendungen) zu bleiben. Also deinstalliert.

I used this app for less than a day and they charged me $35. They took out a feature I wanted. Not fair

We offer a 7 day free trial for all new accounts but if you create an account and subscribe and cancel then delete and come back multiple times you only get one free trial period which is what happened here. Also, we have not removed any features, in fact we have added a ton of new features. We would love for this user to reach out and let us know what feature they could not find.

We took the free trial and started publishing to platforms and editing captions, selecting favourite tracks from the album to discover it wasn't even publishing to ANY of the platforms: Tiktok, Pinterest & others. Music was selected that we did not add to favourites and the app is not worth the price one bit. we removed the app and from our store because it didnt't operate what we needed it to and we were still charged the full amount that we still have not paid for! we removed the app and were still charged by this company and have now gotten our lawyer involved to look over it including showing them proof of our last message we sent them that we did not get a response to. Our message was requesting a cancellation of payment after we removed the app, yet nobody has gotten back to us
