Minta customer support is the best. After the free trial period, I have been charged for the yearly plan without noticing But I wanted the monthly plan. I contacted the support team and they responded by email immediately and did their best to help me and connect me with Jordan Customer Care Supervisor who did everything to fulfill my needs and ensure that I have an excellent experience with Minta. Thank you all Minta Team, I wish more businesses were like you guys.

I had some trouble with this app after not using it for a long time. I contacted customer service through the chat feature. Shafta was able to help me figure out what was wrong and correct it. This app is buggy and currently after paying for a year subscription, I am waiting days and weeks for them to resolve technical issues with my account not being able to AutoPost to socials. Plus the misspellings and grammar on the videos is horrendous. I have 94 posts queued and only 3 have posted out of my 150 limit. They won't fix and they won't refund or credit for not being able to use the app.

I was having a problem posting different social media and when I got in touch with the Chat and emails of Minta, my problem was handled by Vlad, he was very helpful and was able to resolve the problem. Vlad always responded to my emails and chat in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks
Thank you for your review! We currently allow you to edit text, colors, fonts, images, add multiple products to a video and change the music. Our goal is for you spend as little time editing or modifying the videos so you can set your social media posting on auto pilot and worry about the other important aspects of marketing and running your business.
