Finally had to UNINSTALL the app. They have a big problem with CROPPING and although they gave me another chance to get it going, THERE IS NO WAY TO FIX THE CROPPING ISSUE.
What do i mean by cropping?
The app will chop off the top, bottom or side of your product image in a very unflattering way and...you can't edit or fix this.
It looks like it has potential, but for now, they need to RETRAIN THEIR AI model to be able to discern the pixel dimensions of an image and act accordingly...not crop it randomly.

I will never recommend this company. Aside from the general low quality of their videos, they offer a 'Free Trial' that they will then charge your shopify account for a full year $200+ subscription. Based on the way Shopify is set up, there is minimal support and the team of Vlad & Jordan at Minta will absolutely refuse to issue a refund. This has been such a disgusting experience that I am willing to shut down my shopify store and take my business elsewhere.

Good app for auto social media posting. I have been using it in another store, and it worked well. Unlike other apps, this app allows you to chat with their customer service if you are on a free subscription. Customer service Rep Alex was very helpful.
There were a few hiccups in the beginning with some templates but the customer service has been wonderful. They were able to send the issues to their Dev team to fix the problems and things are working great. This saves so much time and effort to show my large number of products. It would be beneficial for hashtags to be automatically generated as well but there’s a way to add them to the scheduled posts which is a pretty simple process. Again the response time for customer service is top notch and I’m very happy I started using this app!

I am really loving this app. Have been using for a while and the content it produces is high quality. It is also very fast, you can change content very quick. I have it set to Auto Post and the views I get for that content is great. Then I continue posting like normal with the app for even better results. Great app guys, keep up the good work Minta!!

Minta customer support is the best. After the free trial period, I have been charged for the yearly plan without noticing But I wanted the monthly plan. I contacted the support team and they responded by email immediately and did their best to help me and connect me with Jordan Customer Care Supervisor who did everything to fulfill my needs and ensure that I have an excellent experience with Minta.
