I installed this app but never got to use it because I was hospitalized. I originally chose it because it stated “pay as you go,” but I was unexpectedly billed for a yearly plan. I immediately contacted customer service, since I never used the app, uninstalled it, and do not intend to use it.

Despite this, I was told they could not reverse the yearly charge—even though the charge just appeared today through Shopify and PayPal. Their excuse was that the charge “went through two weeks ago” and I was “one week late” to claim a refund. This makes no sense, as I only received the PayPal and Shopify notifications today.

Ashley from support even suggested that since I had now “paid,” I could just use the app for the year. But I had already uninstalled it! What part of I do not want or use your service is so hard to understand?

This company feels untrustworthy, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

5 STARS. I had a small issue at 1st. Avrham set up a video meeting to discuss my issue and resolved it immediately. I love using the service. It gets my store alot of views. I would suggest it for anyone struggling with sales.

Sent a chat to Minta and I instantly received a reply back from Shafta. I was very happy how quick of a response I received. The error seemed to be my own and not Minta. I have to say I really like what they've done with all the products and the video designs, awesome and looks fantastic!

UPDATE:
Had to get a hold of the team chat due to product and vides not matching. I was able to chat with Alex, and he was patient, helpful and very quick. He also gave me instructions on what I would or could do on my end, and crossing my fingers. Thanks, Alex!!

I tried Minta last year and had some issues using with more than one store. They must have had other users with the same issue because they fixed the problem. I just tried it again and now I love it!

Thank you Avraham for making sure my concerns were addressed. Your immediate response demonstrates Minta's commitment to making sure consumers are not only heard but also thoroughly supported.

I asked for a refund after explaining to Minta customer service the application did not function properly on my webpage. The heads of my models and items of clothing were cut off on my IG posts even after making edits. I ended up deleting several of their social media posts. I reached out immediately when I saw the charges pending on my account.

I am a small business owner and can not afford an annual membership. Also the application is no longer available as a download on my webpage to use, even if I wanted to try it again (which I do not). It also took me 3 tries over the course of a month for someone to finally respond to my concerns. I started on August 1st and last night customer service finally told me I agreed to pay the annual membership and would not refund my money. That is not the case. I would not willingly agree to pay for something that does not work properly.

I signed up for a free trial, selected the monthly option, but was charged for an entire year. They refuse to refund me, insisting that I chose the yearly plan, which I would never have done. The app is advertised as an AI marketing tool, but it doesn’t deliver on that promise. It simply takes your current inventory and inserts it into templates with poor graphics and generic music. Half the time, the text is unreadable due to color choices, and I often have to edit the posts to make them presentable.

There’s really no point in using this app since you end up spending time editing and reposting content anyway. What’s worse, I sell clothes, but the app kept posting ads for jewelry, which is completely irrelevant to my business. Overall, this app isn’t worth the time or money, and it could actually harm your social media presence unless you constantly delete and repost edited versions of their content.

Excellent Support from Miss Saumya!

I had a wonderful experience setting up the Minta app thanks to Miss Saumya's outstanding support. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire setup process. Her guidance made what could have been a complicated task much easier to navigate. I really appreciate her professionalism and dedication to ensuring everything was configured correctly. I have used this company for one month and have not been satisfied with its videos. They do not have an option for telling the customer where to go to shop. I decided to cancel the "Trial period" there is no where on the site to cancel. You have to talk with someone that never cancels your account. I recommend that you use caution when dealing with this company.
