SHAME ON MINTA. I'VE HAD THIS FOR 7YRS. $55 MONTHLY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORSE. TECH. SUPPORT DOESN'T COME THRU W/ 24 HRS FOR HELP. & CHECK WHAT'S GOING ON? THE SUPERVISOR VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HE TURNED OFF MY CHAT BUTTON. I PAY FOR A SERVICE & DO ALL THE WORK. HE ALSO TOLD ME TAKE MY CAPS OFF, WHEN MESSAGING HIM. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF & EMAILS TO BACK IT UP. DON'T WANT REFUND, JUST MY MINTA APP FIXED.

I had some trouble with this app after not using it for a long time. I contacted customer service through the chat feature. Shafta was able to help me figure out what was wrong and correct it. I was charged over $242 for this app in error, and support stopped responding to me??? WHERE IS SUPPORT, you promised the app would not do this and now it double charged me and the money has come out of my account??

Thank you Avraham for making sure my concerns were addressed. Your immediate response demonstrates Minta's commitment to making sure consumers are not only heard but also thoroughly supported.
I asked for a refund after explaining to Minta customer service the application did not function properly on my webpage. The heads of my models and items of clothing were cut off on my IG posts even after making edits. I ended up deleting several of their social media posts. I reached out immediately when I saw the charges pending on my account.
I am a small business owner and can not afford an annual membership. Also the application is no longer available as a download on my webpage to use, even if I wanted to try it again (which I do not). It also took me 3 tries over the course of a month for someone to finally respond to my concerns. I started on August 1st and last night customer service finally told me I agreed to pay the annual membership and would not refund my money. That is not the case. I would not willingly agree to pay for something that does not work properly.
