I had some trouble with this app after not using it for a long time. I contacted customer service through the chat feature. Shafta was able to help me figure out what was wrong and correct it. I love having the chat feature and being able to contact someone right away for help. Thank you Shafta for your help.

Great app for those who want to save time editing product promo videos, or those who don't have experience in editing.
Personally, I would like to have more options of customisation of specific elements (that's just my own need for control), but I understand that the goal of the app is to work quickly within the set up colour scheme.
When I encountered problems with my subscription, Avraham was a big help in solving the issue.

Minta customer support is the best. After the free trial period, I have been charged for the yearly plan without noticing But I wanted the monthly plan. I contacted the support team and they responded by email immediately and did their best to help me and connect me with Jordan Customer Care Supervisor who did everything to fulfill my needs and ensure that I have an excellent experience with Minta. Thank you all Minta Team, I wish more businesses were like you guys.

just got off chat with agent Alex! dude knows his stuff and provided great info and had all the answers to my questions! Put my mind at Ease!

Update Avraham, Customer Success Director reached out to me to offer resolution to give me two months trial and refund me my money back. Hopefully, everything goes well time around.
