Update: 14th April. No One responding to our emails: If we didnt receive the required documents we will follow you legally. and open case on Shopify to allow you cheating people here and using their info and credit card without their official acceptance and knowledge.

Update: our legal department contacted u several times with no response.
We will open an official complain if we didn't get our money back with official apology for the misuse of our credit card.

UPDATE: Guys i found almost similar Solution with only 10$ cost per month, unlimited video and unlimited POSTING, ITS CALLED VIDYBACK. Give a try and you will thank me for saving you from this company.

These are scammer, I Dont advice any professional Company in US or CANADA to work with them.
they hide information during the sub, telling you start using the software in fully trail version, and later you fund they start to deduct from ur credit card without your knowledge, and the time you ask what going on, and wanted to upgrade to continue using that software without trail, they are so smart, they asking u to pay what they scammed u on first. as this is what they care about. they dont care about continue having business of not,, they just need to hit and run, anyways it wasn't a big amount but we forwarded to our legal department to take an action, and wanted to share these info for everyone to be aware from their business model. i will share all the email we had to show who they are.
really who did that are able to share also our customer information for 3rd party without our knowledge. So please take care. before you install it. its dangers software.

I thought I was on a free trial and never authorized or initiated the ridiculous amount I have been billed. Please refund.

Will not recommend this app if you don't want to deal with constant issues this app has. I was using paid version. The support team will respond in timeless manner but do nothing to solve the problem. I was trying autopost but the app wasn't working. I gave up after dealing with the issue for 4 days and getting no support.Save your money.

Do not use it’s a scam. They are trying to charge me $267 for a service I did not agree to and a “free trial” where they posted videos of the same product over and over that got 11 views. It’s a scam and I’m reporting them to my bank now and Shopify

Very slow app, over charges you $300 after the 7 day free trail for using a few videos that are only 6 seconds. Did not help me gain sales at all during the 7 day free trail. I don’t recommend.

Awful app! The photos aren't cropper properly so when displayed in video it only shows half the photo. The captions are horrible also. I reached out with an urgent request through chat and they never responded even though they read it.

This app is buggy and currently after paying for a year subscription, I am waiting days and weeks for them to resolve technical issues with my account not being able to AutoPost to socials. Plus the misspellings and grammar on the videos is horrendous. I have 94 posts queued and only 3 have posted out of my 150 limit. They won't fix and they won't refund or credit for not being able to use the app.

I am using the Growth plan, I will not recommend this app for following reasons
1. autoposts doesn't work. despite the fact this feature is not working app keeps consuming the balance of posts
2. Minta team doesn't look into the issue and as a resolution asks to renew the plan. Minta app teams acknowledges autoposts not working they don't adjust the lost credit but give 50 posts only as credit.
3. Instagram posts doesn't work.
I will recommend to look for other apps which have better features and better level of support!!!

Would Give zero stars if I could. Not worth your time or money. The videos are poor and mediocre, will not give you ads that are competitive with todays social media platforms. Also way to expensive, when you could pay a professional for way better content. Customer service is useless.

Die Plan Informationen sind schockierend falsch, indem suggeriert wird als würden 5 Videos 1 Monat lang gezeigt werden. Sie würden in Wirklichkeit aber dafür bis zu 5000 an Kosten zahlen müssen.
Der Chat hat es erst nach einer halben Stunde Diskussion endlich zugegeben:
Es werden jedes Posting in Rechnung gestellt! Das heisst, die Angabe Beispiel kostenloser Plan, ist nur für 5x Einblendungen (Sekunden bis Minuten) eines Videos. Nicht für einen Monat lang. Und jedes socialmedia nochmal extra.

Es können also schon am ersten Tag extra Kosten entstehen! Die 5x kurzen einblendungen können Sie bereits an einem Tag verbraten. Die 7 Tage Testphase schützen nicht vor den Extrakosten. Das bestätigen Sie bereits bei der Freigabe. Dort sind auch die möglichen maximalen 5000 Kosten kleingedruckt zu lesen.
Angeblich wurde mein Hinweis an die entsprechende Abteilung gegeben.

Update:
Bei Deaktivierung eines socialmedia-kanals, wurde dieser Kanal wie von Geisterhand mehrmals selbstätig vor meinen Augen wieder aktiviert :-0 (Beweisvideo habe ich angefertigt).
Auch nach mehreren Versuchen das selbe. Somit erhöhen sich die Kosten nochmal. Es ist mir deshalb nicht gelungen, unter den 5 Posts (kurze Einblendungen) zu bleiben. Also deinstalliert.
