the app is a joke, incredibly slow on every step
help desk is by email, the cheapest plan is $35 and they offer a "contact us" button that opens microsoft outlook!
templates format setting and customizing is very confusing and I wasted several post credits just to get them right, not to mention time
trial is also a joke, they literaly make you subscribe to the $35 plan before you can really experiment on app usability
would not recommend at least before they have a serious help desk channel for paying users to sort things out
