We use the Mirakl platform for two marketplaces and were happy to find this connector. It would save us a lot of time by automatically creating orders instead of having to create and process them manually.
However, we discovered that no VAT line is being sent! This should normally work in an order sync tool, right? We use other sync tools for different marketplaces that do include this by default.
Very disappointing. Hopefully, there is a solution for this.

I have been working with Mirakl for 5 months and I must say it's great. It does take a while to set up and understand so be patient but once you have know what you're doing it's a brilliant system. Great support from all of the team.
This app absolutely sucks. I am an enterprise user and pay a monthly fee of over $500 to automatically transform the data into the retailer channel's specifications. 4 months later, I am still not fully live with the retailers and have done countless hours of manual work. However, I was forced to sign a 12-month contract at the beginning, so I am currently stuck with it. the staff at Mirakl Connect really tries to help, but the technology is so bad, there is not much they can do.
No customer service - horrible integration
Connecting the Shopify App to the Mirakl Account does not work (Internal server error #500). Very bad experience and no available customer support to get help, only an useless AI chatbot.

We want to inform you that this issue was caused by a temporary technical problem with Shopify's API that affected multiple sellers between July 16th and July 17th, 2025. We're pleased to confirm that Shopify has now resolved this issue, and the installation process should be working correctly.
Regarding customer support, we understand your frustration. While our AI chatbot is designed to help with initial troubleshooting, our dedicated support team is available to all customers with active subscriptions. A terrible app that inserts fields into Shopify without permission that can't be deleted afterwards, and it also has no real support. Stay away from this app, it ends up causing damage to the store that is then very difficult to repair.
